Stuart Enterprise for Economic Development, Inc. is happy to announce the Wambold 2nd Addition Subdivision in Stuart still has lots available! Lots are free, only pay for legal and abstracting fees. There has been so much interest in this project that there are currently zero lots left. Lots are available on a first come, first served basis. In order to secure a lot, a signed purchase agreement with $100 earnest money, if accompanied by a bank letter of credit, or $500 of earnest money without a letter of credit is required. Once S.E.E.D. signs the purchase agreement, you will have 6 months to start construction and 12 months after that to complete the home.

The Wambold 2nd Addition is a joint partnership between the City of Stuart and S.E.E.D. that started construction in February 2018. The housing development boasts 25 lots – 24 lots available to build homes and one unbuildable lot due to a gas line easement. It is S.E.E.D.’s intention to dedicate the unbuildable lot to the City for development as a public park.
