The Wambold housing addition was a joint development project between the City of Stuart and S.E.E.D. Wambold Phase I began in December 2013 with 32 lots available with the goal of promoting new home construction. This development is currently full with 32 new homes. As of October 2017, it was noted that 24 homes were occupied by individuals who were not previously residents of Stuart and there are approximately 30 children that are school aged or will be in the next 2 to 3 years.
