Featured Keynote Speaker: Bill Menner
We’re excited to welcome Bill Menner as our featured keynote speaker.
Bill is the founder of The Bill Menner Group and Executive Director of the Iowa Rural Development Council. His work focuses on helping rural communities grow through strong partnerships, smart strategy, and practical opportunities that fit the unique strengths of small towns.
Keynote topic focus: rural Iowa small business, overcoming challenges, optimizing opportunities, and what makes communities like Stuart thrive.
Dinner by The Sunny Spoon
The Sunny Spoon will be providing dinner for the evening. Full menu details will be released soon, but you can expect a hearty, crowd-pleasing meal and dessert.

We’ll recognize outstanding individuals and businesses in our community during the annual awards program, including:
