The 2026 Dates for the Best of the Block BBQ Cook-Off in Stuart, IA are September 18-19. Same check-in at 5pm on Friday with Team Meeting and meats given out right after.

Team Entry of $200.00, which includes the meats.
Brisket – 1
Chicken Quarters (8-10 pieces each Team)
Spare Ribs – 3 racks
Pork Butts – 2

Payout is 1st – 5th Place, RGC and GC.

We know we are the same weekend as other events, but it’s impossible not to be. Late summer is very active in the BBQ Comp scene.
