2 months agoContacted Delta dental to see if they cover Invisalign or braces services. They were much more concerned as to who I go through for my insurance and as soon as they found out, I used state insurance they told me to call my insurance and ask my insurance where it will take me tried explaining to the lady I don’t care about the insurance. I just need to know if you cover those two services paying out-of-pocket is not an issue but after that conversation, I understand why the ratings are so low. . Definitely do not recommend.

4 months agoThis company is an absolute scam. Do not use Delta Dental of Iowa. They have cancelled my policy twice for no reason. I thought I had autopay set up. No call. Just canceled. I have more than enough money to pay but they don't care. Avoid at all costs.

5 months agoI’ve had a really great experience with Delta Dental of Iowa. Their service is fast, helpful, and they truly understand the details of my benefits, which makes everything so much easier. One thing that really stood out was their willingness to work with us and add a special enhancement to support my son’s special needs—that meant a lot to our family. Another big plus is that my dentist accepts it, along with many other providers in the area, so finding care has never been an issue. Overall, this has been a solid insurance option for us for 6+ years through my husband's employer. Definitely recommend!

4 months agoWorthless!!! They don’t cover hardly anything!!!! Sure,I can get dentures! But it will cost me between $1800-$2500. What good is the insurance??? ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!! Ok how do I contact you on “social”??? I’m not even sure what ur taking about. I got dental insurance. Was thrilled to find out you’ll pay for dentures!!! Just not the anesthesia or extraction. 😳😳😳 Therefore WORTHLESS!!! Prove me wrong!!!! If I had $ for that, I probably wouldn’t be on Medicaid. There again prove me wrong!!! And I’ll be more than happy to give you a five star review!

2 months agoEVER SINGLE YEAR I have issues with Delta Dental. They always fix it, and admit it was their issue, but it takes FOREVER and is a complete waste of time to resovle. Barely worth the money and hastle.
